Reservation Instructions
After viewing the room information provided on the website, you can choose one of the following options to make a reservation:
Option 1: Call the hotel directly for faster consultation and accurate information about room availability.
Option 2: Access the hotel’s website to make a reservation.
Check-in time:
Check-in from 15:00 (early check-in depends on room availability and may incur additional charges)
Check-out before 12:00 noon.
*Note: Other services not included in the reservation will be charged according to the hotel’s policy.

When making a reservation, our reservation system will send you a confirmation email. You need to pay for your reservation before the due date by one of the following payment methods:
Online payment via bank cards: ATM or international credit cards.
Online payment method is quick and convenient for customers who want to make reservations in advance.
To pay for the reservation:
The booking system will take you to the online payment page. Please follow the instructions to pay for your reservation.
If the booking system is not connected to the online payment system, we will send you a link to make the payment. Please follow the instructions to pay for your reservation.
If you do not pay for your reservation before the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.
Offline payment via bank cards: ATM or international credit cards.
When online payment method is not available, we will send you a “credit card payment authorization” form, please fill in all required information, sign the form, and send it back to us along with a copy of both sides of your card, and a copy of your ID/passport for verification.
In case you want to use the card provided to us to pay for the reservation, we will charge the amount from your card on the due date. Please bring your card and present it to our staff at the check-in time to verify the cardholder. Otherwise, your reservation must be paid with another card or in cash. After that, we will refund the payment to the card we collected the money from. This process will take some time (an average of 21 working days) before you receive the money in your card account.
If you want to pay for the reservation with other types of cards, please inform us. We will not charge the card provided. However, we will pre-authorize an amount equivalent to the reservation rate from this card on the due date.
We will charge the amount from the card you provided, if you do not show up on the check-in date (no-show), this amount will not be refunded.
We require the guest staying at the hotel to be the cardholder.
We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation if you do not provide complete information or if we do not receive your response before the payment due date.
To make payment via bank transfer:
This is a non-card payment method, for customers who want to make reservations in advance.
We will send you our bank account information to your email address.
Please transfer the correct amount to the hotel’s bank account. In the transfer description section, please clearly state the sender’s name, phone number, reservation confirmation number, and notice for us to check if your payment has arrived.
We will contact you to confirm after receiving the payment.
If you do not pay for your reservation before the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.
Payment security policy:
We do not retain any information related to credit cards or bank accounts you use on the website through third-party payment gateways. The card payment system on the web platform provided by the payment gateway partner has been licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards comply with the personal information security standards of the payment gateway partner.
